Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
I work from an attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology framework, with an emphasis on family systems.
I love supporting all ages, especially children, teens and parents. (Raising little people is one of hardest jobs a person can do, and *being* a little person isn't much easier.) I also specialize in neurodiversity, trauma, and attachment.
I am a registered Synergetic Play Therapist and EMDR trained practitioner. Parenting classes and support groups are also available.
